This past weekend, CFA fencer Anya Michaelsen participated in the 8th Annual Porcupine Open at the Brooklyn Fencing Club in New York City. In a strong B2 Women’s foil event, Anya finished 12th out of 37 fencers, eventually losing to Amanda Lalezarian, a top rated Cadet with international experience. Next year let’s send a squad of CFA fencers!
